Who you buy from
Pommilo is a brand of FreeTitle, Inc., a Delaware corporation. You can reach us at support@pommilo.shop.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax is shown at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of $89 or more, and $12.95 below that; to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico it is $14.95, free on orders of $129 or more. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before your order is packed, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Your order
Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, we refund it in full.
Delivery
We ship to the United States. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 weeks; the dates we give are estimates, not promises. See Shipping.
Damage, wrong pieces and lost parcels
We put these right by replacement or refund, as set out in Help. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
The pieces and our pictures
Sizes are the maker's own measurements. Images are for illustration only. Some images may have been edited, rendered or recreated with digital tools, which may include AI-assisted tools, using the actual products as reference. We make reasonable efforts to depict each product faithfully, but the actual product may vary in color, finish, size and detail. They are made to show each piece's real shape and printed artwork faithfully; colors can still vary a little between screens and batches, and the animals, plants and other items in the scenes are not included.
Using the pieces
Our pieces are decoration and shelter for pet habitats. Follow the care notes on each page, check a piece now and then, and remove any piece that is damaged or being chewed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
