Last updated October 2026. This page explains what Pommilo collects when you visit pommilo.shop or place an order, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Pommilo is a brand of FreeTitle, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Questions about your information go to support@pommilo.shop.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought.
- When you email us: your message and email address.
- When you ask to hear when the shop opens: your email address and the page you were on. We use it only to tell you when the shop opens and about the sale, and we delete it on request.
- Payment: card payments are handled by Shopify, which runs our checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as the pages requested and your IP address, for security. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
How we use it
To make and deliver your order, send order and tracking emails, answer your questions, put right a damaged or lost order, and keep the records that tax and accounting law require. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make an order happen: our payment processor, our fulfillment partner and the carriers who pack and deliver your parcel, and the providers that host this site and our email. Each receives only what it needs for its part.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, usually seven years. Messages are kept while they are useful for your order, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@pommilo.shop. We will answer within 30 days. If you live in California, you have these rights under state law as well, and we do not sell or share personal information as that law defines it.
Children
Pommilo is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
